This Gives Him The Chance To View The Property Personally. In 1991, At The Request Of Several Homeowners And Investors, We Decided To Start The Property Management Company. Our Plans Were To Keep The Company Small And More Personal. Direct Broker Leasing Seemed To Be A Great Way To Help Eliminate Confusion Between Parties. It Has Worked Very Well.
